ViacomCBS to Keep Noggin Separate From Rebranded CBS All Access

As CBS All Access, ViacomCBS’ subscription video on demand and live-streaming service, prepares for a rebrand by adding more Nickelodeon content to its library, Marc DeBevoise, ViacomCBS’s chief digital officer, has confirmed that Nickelodeon will be keeping Noggin, its top-rated subscription-based interactive learning service for preschoolers operational because of its unique interactive functionality and access to games.

However, the video content on Noggin, which includes popular preschool programming such as Dora the Explorer and PAW Patrol, will eventually become available on the rebranded All Access. It's currently unknown whether the programming will be available on both platforms, or only on CBS All Access.

Noggin is the interactive learning service from Nickelodeon. In Noggin, learning is led by the Nickelodeon preschool characters kids know and love, and developed by educational and child development experts. Noggin offers an ever-expanding library of books, learning games, activities, exclusive shorts and 1,000+ ad-free episodes of preschool favorites like PAW Patrol, Peppa Pig and Blue’s Clues & You! With Noggin, kids can go on fun learning adventures that explore science, literacy, math, music and more.
