The Fort Wayne Komets to Host Nickelodeon Night Featuring Double Dare on Saturday, December 29

Fort Wayne, IN - Get ready to be slimed! Nickelodeon's iconic trivia game show, Double Dare is back and the Fort Wayne Komets are ready for a physical challenge as they face the Cincinnati Cyclones on Saturday, December 29!


Fans will have the chance to bid on special game-worn jerseys inspired by Nickelodeon's beloved game show and compete in game-show style contests throughout the game!

Proceeds from the jersey auction will benefit local charities selected by Fort Wayne Police, Fire, & EMS courtesy of The Hagerman Group!


The ice hockey match will take place at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, IN, and will kick off at 7:30 p.m. EST. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased at the following locations:

The Fort Wayne Komets' Nickelodeon Night is part of ECHL's partnership with Nickelodeon, in which the league will host Nickelodeon Takeover Experience's at 26 home games during the upcoming 2018-19 season.

Additionally, Rapid City Rush hosted a Nickelodeon Night featuring SpongeBob SquarePants on Saturday, December 29, when they played the Idaho Steelheads! The Rush players wore custom SpongeBob SquarePants jerseys during the game!
