IDW Announces Leonardo and Michelangelo 'TMNT' Macro Issues

IDW Publishing revealed at Comic-Con International: San Diego 2018 on Thursday, July 19 that comic writer and artist Sophie Campbell will be writing and drawing a Leonardo macro issue for IDW's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles ongoing series! Additionally, Michael Dialynas has announced that he is also drawing and colouring the 40 page Michelangelo macro issue! Both 40-page macro issues will form part of a series of one-shots that prepares IDW's popular ongoing TMNT comic book series for it's 100th issue spectacular!

The Leonardo issue will feature coloring by Brittany Peer, whilst the Michelangelo will be written by Ian Flynn (Sonic the Hedgehog).

The news follows IDW announcing that acclaimed TMNT artist Mateus Santolouco will both write and draw Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder in Hell, a five-issue miniseries slated to debut in early 2019 that serves as a sequel to the fan-favorite Secret History of the Foot Clan storyline.

To celebrate IDW's new Leo and Mikey macro issues, Campbell and Dialynas have shared Turtley Awesome sneak-peeks from each issue, which you can check out below!:
