New Details About Nickelodeon's 'Glitch Techs' Revealed

Greg Nix, a writer and creative professional based in Los Angeles, CA, has revealed new details about Nickelodeon's upcoming brand-new 2D animated series Glitch Techs!

Glitch Techs (working title) is an adventure-comedy following two newly recruited kids as they battle video game monsters that come to life in the real world. The series comes from Eric Robles (Fanboy & Chum Chum) and Dan Milano (Greg the Bunny, Warren the Ape), both hailing from Nickelodeon's Artist Collective, an internal artist-led development program, and is being produced at the Nickelodeon Animation Studio in Burbank, Calif. Nickelodeon has picked-up Glitch Techs for an initial 20-episode first season, and is set to debut in 2018.

On his official website, Greg Nix has announced that he is voicing several recurring characters throughout season one, including an eponymous Glitch Tech named Nix; the younger brother of one of the main characters, Geoff; and several of the aforementioned video game monsters, or "glitches." In addition to voicing characters on the show, Greg also wrote two episodes for Glitch Techs season one, and acted as script coordinator and writers' assistant for the first season. Duties included note-taking, script formatting, schedule management, and coordinating with casting and production departments. Greg has also revealed that episode #119 of Glitch Techs season one is titled "A Serious Mitchuation", and a draft of the script of the episode was recorded on 1st November 2017.

Staff writer Dani Michaeli had this to say about his work on Glitch Techs: "One of the most driven and talented young writers I’ve worked with, Greg is strong in the room or on the page, and always able to find a character’s fun and comic point of view.”

Additionally, it's also been revealed that:
