Each episode is hosted by two characters, Henry and June, and features a collection of short films in different styles of animation. Popular shorts include Action League Now!, Sniz & Fondue, Life with Loopy, Prometheus and Bob, and The Off-Beats. It was the only Nicktoon created for SNICK and ran on Nickelodeon for 48 episodes over 4 seasons. The theme song is titled "2-Tone Army" and was written and performed by The Toasters (credited as by the Moon Ska Stompers)!
