Viacom International Media Networks The Americas Promotes Two Executives Within Canadian Office

Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) The Americas has made two key executive promotions within its Canadian office.

Jon Graham (pictured) has been upped to Senior Vice President (SVP) & General Manager (GM), while Tanya Visano is stepping into the elevated role of Vice President (VP).

In his new role, Graham will continue overseeing all lines of business, including TV broadcast, content licensing and digital media for VIMN's key brands, which include MTV, Nickelodeon and Comedy Central, as well as identifying new business and partnership opportunities in the Canadian market. He will continue reporting to Pierluigi Gazzolo, president of VIMN Americas.

Graham has served as VIMN America's GM & VP for Canada since 2010. He joined the company's Canadian operations in 2005 as director of marketing and international partnerships for Nickelodeon. Last year, he was nominated to the board of CMT Canada, Viacom's joint-venture with Corus Entertainment.

Visano, meanwhile, was formerly the senior director of Viacom Consumer Products. She has been responsible for driving Viacom's licensing business in Canada and leading its category management, marketing and retail sales. In her new role, she will lead the International Content division through and oversee Media & Publishing for all of VIMN's clusters, including Asia, Americas, Europe and Middle East, while she continues her current responsibilities as head of consumer products for Canada. Visano will report into Lisa Silverman Meyers, SVP and head of operations for Nickelodeon & Viacom Consumer Products (NVCP) and Juan Acosta, Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of VIMN Americas.
