Nickelodeon UK Honours Partners At Inaugural 'Licensing Awards'

The licensing business news website Licensing.biz is reporting the exciting Nickelodeon UK News in the following article that Nickelodeon UK and Ireland honoured a number of licensees at their recent Partners Day, where they launched the inaugural Nickelodeon Licensing Awards!

At the first ever Nickelodeon Licensing Awards, toy company Flair, who hold the master toy distribution rights of Playmates Toys extensive "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" toy line, was named Licensee of the Year 2014; health and beauty company Kokomo, who produces a line of health and beauty products inspired by Nickelodeon's hit "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" brand, won the NLA award for Hardlines Product of the Year 2014; Drew Pearson International won the award for Softlines Product of the Year 2014; clothes supplier Branded Clothing International, who distribute a range of "SpongeBob SquarePants" clothing, won the Lifetime Achievement award; and Simba Smoby Toys UK, who supplies a range of "SpongeBob SquarePants" merchandise, won the Breakthrough Licensee of the Year 2014 award!

The winners of the inaugural Nickelodeon Licensing Awards event received a coveted Nickelodeon slime trophy, which features a Nick logo and a famous Nickelodeon slime splat:

Flair, Simba Smoby and Branded Clothing International among those picking up accolades.

Nickelodeon honoured a number of licensees at its recent Partners Day, launching the inaugural Nickelodeon Licensing Awards.

The winners were:

* Licensee of the Year 2014 - Flair

* Hardlines Product of the Year 2014 - Kokomo

* Softlines Product of the Year 2014 - Drew Pearson International

* Lifetime Achievement - Branded Clothing International

* Breakthrough Licensee of the Year 2014 - Simba Smoby Toys UK (pictured below)
