Carmel man hosts new children's show | FOX59 News
If you've got preschoolers at home you may have seen the new show Noggin Knows on Nickelodeon's interactive learning channel app, Noggin. What you might not know is the host of the show is Carmel, Indiana resident Emmanuel Carter. The actor plays the fun-loving teacher who uses dancing and singing to get kids up and moving. FOX59 talks to him and learn how did he get the gig.
