To celebrate, PEOPLE has unveiled an aweslime sneak peek at the upcoming episode of Double Dare, in which the Fall Out Boy bassist and his teammate go head-to-head against Joel Courtney (The Kissing Booth) and his teammate for Double Dare's Kids' Choice Week!

In the clip, Wentz, 39, hops in a giant orange mug emblazoned with the show’s double D logo as his teammate readies himself to wheel him around the course.

“You feel sturdy in this mug? You feel good? I don’t want you to fall out, boy,” jokes host Liza Koshy.

Wentz and his teammate then have 20 seconds to fill the mug with three different slimy ingredients, soaking Wentz in the process.

“I’ve always wanted to compete on Double Dare since I was a kid,” Wentz told PEOPLE. “What a gem of an experience — it was more than I could have ever expected.”

“I’ve been covered in many substances so far,” he smiles in the clip. “A lot of cold liquids and orange powder of some kind. I grew up watching it, and I remember them stuffing flags in their shirts and stuff. I always wanted to be on it! I also remember, when I was little, I was like, ‘I’d be able to do all those physical challenges.’ They’re harder! I’ll tell this to little people: they’re harder than I thought…,” Wentz revealed in a second video clip.

On Double Dare‘s Kids’ Choice Week, which kicked off on Monday, March 11, Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards nominees Wentz, Courtney, Emma Chamberlain and Guava Juice are teaming up with their fans for messy challenges. Though both teams aim to win, only one pair can move on to the all-new obstacle course and tournament finals, which air on Thursday.
