Andrei is the resident vampire taking resident in Welcome to the Wayne and after the season finale, we learn that he is a Vampire and the leader of the vampires of Glamsterdam. Although the good people at Channel Frederator noticed somethings that lead them to believe he is not a normal vampire. So they are aking in this weeks cartoon conspiracy is Andrei a vampire?
