Pluto TV Launches 'Totally Turtles', a New Channel Dedicated to 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles'

COWABUNGA! Hot on the heels of launching a Dora the Explorer pop-up channel named Dora TV on Pluto TV, Viacom's ad-supported free streaming service, Nickelodeon has launched a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles pop-up channel on the platform!

Titled Totally Turtles, the channel is airing episodes from Nickelodeon's hit CG-animated Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2012) series and the popular 2003 TMNT animated series 24/7. Totally Turtles can be found of channel 719.

It's currently unknown whether Totally Turtles will also include Nickelodeon's newest TMNT series, Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the classic 1980s animated Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series or any of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movies. Rise of the TMNT is still quite new, launching last fall, and Nickelodeon and Nicktoons have aired the TMNT films in the past, but it's unclear whether they still have the rights to the movies.

The news comes as the iconic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise is celebrating its 35th anniversary.
