Celebrating the year’s best work in kids production, broadcasting and digital media, the winners of the 2019 Kidscreen Awards were revealed during a prestigious ceremony hosted by actor and comedian Craig Lauzon on Tuesday, February 12, 2019, during the 2019 Kidscreen Summit, in Miami, Florida. The awards were exclusively sponsored by the Canada Media Fund.

The Digital - Preschool category is part of a set of categories that are designed to spotlight the best efforts made by broadcasters to forge stronger connections with kids and family audiences around the world. These winners were determined by an online vote amongst Kidscreen readers that took place in December 2018.
Shortlisted entries in the Digital categories were reviewed and assessed by a fresh panel of judges, including Matthew Evans (Nickelodeon), Sara DeWitt (PBS KIDS), Christine Elgersma (Common Sense Media), Albie Hecht (pocket.watch), Shai Samet (KidSafe), Robin Raskin (Living in Digital Times), Chris Lindgren (Toca Boca), Dylan Collins (SuperAwesome), David Kleeman (Dubit), and Miles Ludwig (Sesame Workshop).
