Breaking news: Nickelodeon's Hey Arnold! NYCC panel revealed that Nick USA will premiere Hey Arnold!: The Jungle Movie on Friday 24th November 2017!

Today's the day - Nickelodeon will drop the first trailer for Hey Arnold!: The Jungle Movie at NYCC! And to celebrate Nickelodeon's brand-new two-part Hey Arnold! television movie, Craig Bartlett, the creator of Nickelodeon's iconic '90s animated series has shared a brand-new frame from "The Jungle Movie" in a post on his official Instagram profile page, @CraigBartlett! Check out Craig's latest super sneak-peek, featuring Arnold and Gerald in their classroom at P.S. 118, below, and let NickALive! know in the comments what you think is happening in the scene!:

Who’s ready for our panel today at NYCC where we drop the first TRAILER for #thejunglemovie?

Update: Below is a round-up of everything that was revealed during Nickelodeon's "Hey Arnold!: From Hillwood to the Jungle!" at NYCC 2017!:

Hey Arnold! and "The Jungle Movie Facts"

Craig Bartlett apologized for the cliffhanger ending and revealed it was to dare Paramount and Nickelodeon to make "The Jungle Movie" movie. It didn't work out.

Craig also revealed that it was new executives at Nickelodeon and a social media outcry that brought it back.

Craig says he scrapped his original story for The Jungle Movie because he had a decade of time to think about it. The screenplay for The Jungle Movie has been entirely rewritten from the original version to be as meta and satisfying as possible!

In the original series, the voice actors used to record the show together in the same room like a radio show, riffing off each other, jockeying for mics.

Craig will voice all the animals in "The Jungle Movie", including Abner, and will also voice Brainy!

For "The Jungle Movie", the original voice actors needed to re-audition for their original voices in order to make sure their voices didn't change drastically.

Lane Toran, one of the original actors who voiced Arnold, originally auditioned for another character, maybe Stinky? Craig: "You sound like Stinky now." Lane: "Oh, thanks."

Lane Toran will voice Che, Olga's love interest in "The Jungle Movie". Olga will tag along on the journey as a chaperone!

In the original series, Phoebe's voice changed a bit as the character developed.

Back in the 90s, the original cast of Hey Arnold! auditioned in the same studio used for The Ren & Stimpy Show!

Craig wanted the cast to be real kids for Hey Arnold!

Lane Toran grew up to be exactly what I think Arnold would look like now.

Craig: Grownup Helga would be "the first female president with the power to see through walls", obvs!

Every wonder what the G in Helga G Pataki stands for? It's Geraldine! Named after a former Nickelodeon exec!

Francesca Marie Smith (original voice of Helga): Helga would have a lot of opinions about what's happening in the world & be very vocal online.

What would Helga be up to today? Francesca thinks she'd be an activist and/or blogger!

Anndi McAfee, the original voice of Phoebe, once spelled her name with a Y to join the Boy Scouts, but got kicked out!

Phoebe will be more confident in "The Jungle Movie"!

What’d would Phoebe be up to today? Making an app for Helga’s presidential campaign, or an app to help people as an adult today!

SPOILER!! - Bob's Beepers have fallen on hard times but by the end of the film hipsters are using beepers!

Unanswered fan questions will be answered in "The Jungle Movie", like Mr. Simmons’ sexuality!

Brainy gets closure in his relationship with Helga in TJM!

TJM is in continuity of the Hey Arnold Movie, Arnold knows about Helga's confession.

Craig: “It feels really good” for The Jungle Movie to finally be made.

Have the cast and crew seen fanfiction? Short answer: yes. And Craig stayed away to not influence Jungle Movie, as well as legal reasons. Craig does look at the fan art, though!

Andi: Jamil & I made up Gerald/Phoebe, just kidding around. Toran: "I don't think Jamil was kidding."

A lot of the original crew are back for the movie, but there are also new young crew members who watched the show as it originally aired!

Arnold's room was meant to be the perfect bedroom, like a tree house in your actual house - Hey Arnold creator Craig

Craig: "People talk about how Arnold behaves in April Fools. He knows some things now."

Will The Patakis be revisited? A: One project at a time. It would be a potential season 6 if support was enough!

Helga and Arnold are dealing with the feelings from the confession in The Hey Arnold Movie! Arnold knows of Helga feelings for him, but doesn't know how he feels about her.

Grandma gets real when she gets mad.

Grandma has many costume changes in the movie!

Craig loves the grandparents and “they will never, ever die”!

Craig loves "Helga on the Couch".

And "The Parrot". He seems to love Helga confession episodes.

The Parrot episode: When the lizard eats parrot, Bartlett said 'Gaaa' to reveal the writer of poem.

In Hey Arnold!, characters are revealed as who they are. Helga's mom & Chocolate Boy dealing w/ addiction and alcoholizm.

Arnold’s City is inspired lots of urban sittings, like Seattle/Portland/NYC, but Stoop Culture is definitely influenced by Brooklyn.

Harold & Helga were in the original claymation shorts!

Fun fact: It was Craig Bartlett's wife that came up with the idea for Helga (the bully) to secretly be in love with Arnold!

Helga's voice actress is so thankful for the thoughtful feedback on the show!

Craig: It's about Arnold, but "Hey Arnold!" is what Helga says, so it's really about her too.

Nickelodeon's first trailer for Hey Arnold!: The Jungle Movie received a standing ovation at NYCC!

Hey Arnold! The Jungle Movie takes the kids on the field trip of a lifetime: action packed and full of adventure! They’ll join Arnold on a quest in which he’ll try to achieve his ultimate dream and finally find his missing parents. It all starts when Arnold and his classmates take a trip to San Lorenzo, South America, which, coincidentally, is the last place Arnold’s parents were seen! Their trip takes a turn when pirates kidnap Arnold and his friends! From there it’s one jungle hazard after another, and the gang must put their heads together to get out of danger. As the leader of the journey, Arnold must make sure he and his friends survive safely, all while working towards a reunion he’s dreamt of his whole life!

The two-hour TV movie features a storyline that picks up from where the original series ended in the "The Journal" in 2004 and resolves unanswered questions and plotlines-including Arnold finally getting answers about the whereabouts of his missing parents, Arnold's last name, and how Arnold feels about Helga! The movie is co-written and executive produced by the series’ original creator Craig Bartlett and produced by Nickelodeon in Burbank, Calif.

Hey Arnold! The Jungle Movie is slated to premiere on Nickelodeon USA on Thursday 23rd November 2017, as part of the networks Thanksgiving celebrations.
