NICKELODEON LAUNCHES BRAND-NEW SHIMMER AND SHINE MAGICAL GENIE GAMES APP INSPIRED BY THE HIT PRESCHOOL SERIES
Preschoolers will embark on all-new magical adventures with their favorite genies-in-training in Nickelodeon’s brand-new Shimmer and Shine Magical Genie Games app, the second app inspired by the hit preschool series, Shimmer and Shine. Available now on the App Store, Google Play and Amazon Appstore for Android, Shimmer and Shine Magical Genie Games introduces key learning concepts for preschoolers including counting, shape identification, color recognition and social-emotional skills.
Users can explore the world of Zahramay Falls with the characters and pets from Shimmer and Shine and earn genie rewards to obtain objects and personalize their very own genie palace. Through an array of mini-games in the app, preschoolers can learn social-emotional skills while taking care of Tala and Nahal with Shine, identify different gem shapes and colors with Shimmer, count how many times they find Parisa in the forest with Leah, cook up potions with Zeta, and design and decorate various items from the marketplace.

The debut Shimmer and Shine app, Shimmer and Shine Enchanted Carpet Ride, reached #1 on the App Store’s Kids 5 & Under category and #2 in the Kids and Education categories.
