Mobile Game Publisher GameMine Partners With American Multinational Media Conglomerate Viacom

Partnership to Deliver a Selection of Viacom's Nickelodeon Brand Mobile Games to GameMine Subscribers Around the Globe

LOS ANGELES, July 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- GameMine Inc., a US-based mobile game publisher, announced today it has entered into a global distribution partnership with American multinational media conglomerate, Viacom Inc. (NASDAQ: VIAB). Through the partnership, GameMine will act as Viacom's global distribution partner for a collection of its Nickelodeon brand mobile games, each of which is being provided to consumers in a fully-unlocked, ad-free manner via GameMine's direct carrier-billing mobile game subscription platform.

"The mobile game lineup provided to us by Viacom contains several of the most well-recognized titles in the world," says Michael Herman, the COO of GameMine. "Nickelodeon is synonymous with the best in global entertainment, and its recognition is universal. We're proud to add Viacom's games to GameMine's diverse catalogue and excited to begin providing them to our millions of subscribers around the globe."

The partnership adds considerable brand equity to GameMine's mobile game catalogue and increases the platform's value to subscribers by providing access to Viacom's premium mobile games, all of which feature Nickelodeon characters widely known and loved for decades. For Viacom, the partnership will significantly boost consumer visibility of its mobile game selection while giving mobile subscribers an alternative to the traditional Apple App Store and Android Google Play mobile game purchasing models.

The current Viacom offering will be provided to GameMine's worldwide subscriber base and includes a selection of casual mobile games featuring beloved Nickelodeon characters SpongeBob SquarePants, The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Game Shakers, with additional Nickelodeon branded games to be added throughout the course of the partnership.
