NEW YORK – March 3, 2015 – Nickelodeon will bring the fun, excitement and slime of Nickelodeon's 28th Annual Kids' Choice Awards to fans across the country with a series of consumer-driven events to connect them to the biggest kids and family event of the year. Beginning Saturday, March 7, Nickelodeon will launch the Kids' Choice Awards Experience, a six-city tour featuring meet and greets with Nick stars and one of-a-kind interactive elements. The brand has also teamed up with House Party, Inc., to give 1,000 fans a chance to host live Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards (KCA) viewing parties on March 28th. Additionally, fans will have an opportunity to be a part of this year's Kids' Choice Awards with the KCA Fan Shoutouts campaign, which offers them a chance to cheer on their choice nominees with a short video that may be featured in the show when their favorites claim one of Nick's coveted blimps.

The Kids' Choice Awards Experience will feature the iconic Orange Carpet, photo opportunities with a real blimp trophy, talent from hit Nickelodeon shows at select locations, interactive voting booths featuring Amazon's Fire HD Kids Edition tablets, slime booths, a Nick Radio dance party and more. The tour will make stops at the Westfield Garden State Plaza in Paramus, N.J. (March 7) and will feature an appearance by Benjamin Flores Jr. (The Haunted Hathaways) and Kira Kosarin (The Thundermans); Westfield Oakridge in San Jose, Calif. (March 7 and 8); Westfield Fox Valley in Chicago, Ill. (March 14 and 15); Stonebriar Centre in Dallas, Tex. (March 14 and 15); Westfield North County in San Diego, Calif. (March 21 and 22), featuring an appearance by Jace Norman (Henry Danger) and culminate at Mall of America in Bloomington, Minn. (March 21 and 22).

Now through March 6th, parents can log onto http://www.houseparty.com/event/nickkca to register their kids for a chance to be one of 1,000 fans picked to host a Kids' Choice Awards live viewing party. Those chosen will receive party packs equipped with everything they need to be a part of the action during the biggest night in kids' television including KCA-themed photo props, branded t-shirts, stickers, mini posters, magnetic photo frames, color-changing cups and more.

Nickelodeon's 28th Annual Kids' Choice Awards will also give kids a chance to be at the center of the slimiest night on all TV with the KCA Fan Shoutout campaign. Beginning next week, kids and families can log on to www.kcafanshoutouts.com to submit a short video rooting for their favorite nominee or they can visit any of the Kids' Choice Awards Experience tour stops, which kick off March 7, to record their message at one of the activity booths. All video submissions will be considered for a chance to be used as part of the winners intro package during this year's Kids' Choice Awards.

The 28th Annual Kids' Choice Awards, hosted by singer/songwriter and actor Nick Jonas will celebrate kids' favorites across the categories of music, movies, TV, video games and more.
